The First Methodist Church of Gary, Indiana was built in 1925 by Chicago architects Lowe & Bollenbacher. It's been photographed over and over, but I had to see it for myself. This is what remains of the building struture after lack of care since the late 70's, fire, and vandalism. smussyolay posted a photo:

A close up on the Gary Train Station stairs going upstairs. A lovely view of the trains going by in the night if I might add...another wasted and shameful ruin in Gary, IN.

An exterior shot of a beautiful and long abandoned train station in Gary, Indiana. A tricky shot to pull off with out over exposing the exterior. Trains have really bright lights!
